Epic Events' Berm Buster Trail Ride off Taharua Road, SH5, about 25 minutes east of Taupo. Sign-in 7:15am, tracks open 9am-3pm. Cash only, no EFTPOS. Several graded loops (roughly 12-30km). Fire extinguishers compulsory for adult riders (available to buy/hire on site). Two wheels only, no dogs, quiet camping only in the free camping paddock. On-site paramedics, hire bikes, food vendors and family packages available.
